项目内容：本项目采用北京轻工业学院的科研成果，达到了国内先进水平，占地6亩，需职工110人，其中.厂部33人，生产车间64人，辅助部门13人。
投资估算与资金来源：本项目总投资60万美元。其中固定资产40万美元，流动资金20万美元，拟利用外资50万美元，中方以土地使用权、配套设施出资10万美元，占出资比例的17%，希望外方以现汇方式出资。
市场分析：绿豆具有清热、解毒、消暑、利尿的功效，传统食用绿豆的方法是用绿豆熬汤，比较麻烦，且不能保存较长的时间，随着人们的生活水平的提高，生活的快节奏，方便营养食品越来越受到人们的喜爱，因此象绿豆奶粉这样一冲即饮，并可长期保存的方便食品一定会为广大人民群众欢迎，对于夏季旅游者来说，更具有其它饮料无法替代的优越性。据报道，目前美国、欧洲市场对中国的豆类制品的需求量越来越大，因此生产此类绿豆豆奶粉不仅可以内销，还可以外销，根据对北京、天津、内蒙古、河北、江苏等地的市场调查表明，大豆类的豆奶粉饮料供不应求，至使豆奶生产厂家不断扩大生产规模。同时由于此项产品实属国内首创，不存在相同产品的竞争问题，市场销售前景可观。

15、Project name: To build the Factory to Process Green Legumes Product With the volume is 1.3 Thousand Ton/year
Project Contents: This project makes use of the achievements of Beijing light industry college. It reach the superior level in the country. , it covers an area of 6 mu. The factory needs 110 workers in which 33 people are in department, 64 people are in workshop, 13 people are auxiliary.
Investment evaluation and capital source: The total investment is USD 0.6 million yuan in which the fixed capital is USD 0.4 million yuan, the flowing capital is USD 0.2million yuan. It plans to use USD 0.5 mllion yuan. The Chinese unit will invest with the glebe and the relevant establishment which costs USD 0.1 million yuan, the ratio is 17% of the total investment. We hope the foreign unit will invest with the cash or draft.
