项目内容：本项目采用军医学院的科研成果，利用水分子被激活后形成的物质具有强氧化性能杀菌这一原理，生产水“变”消毒液发生器。它可将各种不同水质的水激活，直接产生消毒液，不需添加任何化学药剂，操作简便，不需更换配件、维护与清洁。该机造价、运行能耗及产生的消毒液成本低，而且使用安全，能使环境进入良性循环，属环保型产品。目前该产品已通过了中国人民解放军卫生检测中心的检测（国家级），并受到国家专利保护，在国内外消毒领域尚属领先水平。
投资估算与资金来源：该项目总投资180万美元，其中固定资产150万美元，流动资金30万美元，拟利用外资150万美元，中方以土地使用权、配套设施出资30万美元，占出资比例的17%，希望外方以现汇方式出资。
市场分析：随着人民生活水平的提高，对消毒越来越重视，可目前的家用消毒产品市场还只有次氯酸钠发生器、臭氧发生器这类七、八十年代的老产品，远不能满足人们的日常生活需要。本产品凭借价格低、使用方便、安全、卫生等优势，市场应用前景非常广阔，几乎可用于各行各业的消毒，如医院、医疗所、宾馆、饭店、食堂、浴室、游泳馆、食品厂、饮料厂、学校、机关、厂矿等各种公共场所及家庭，对各种能吃可用的物质表面几乎都能进行有效消毒，消毒市场十分巨大。

Project Contents: This project is used the study achievement of the Army Medical Institute. It used the water molecule which can be formed the powerful oxide to kill bacterium. This technical can has all kinds of quality of water formed the disinfectant liquid directly, it need not add any chemistry medicine, change the fittings, conserve and clean, it is easy to operate . This price and the energy of the machine, the capital of the disinfectant liquid are all low, it is safe to operate and it can not pollute the surroundings. Now, this machine has passed the check by China People’s Liberation Army hygiene check center, it has a patent in China, the technical is advanced in the world.
Investment evaluation and capital source: The total investment is USD 1.8 million yuan in which the fixed capital is USD 1.5 million yuan, the flowing capital is USD 0.3 million yuan.
