市场分析：本系统采用新颖的PWM控制技术，具有较低的谐波含量，较高的起动扭矩灵活的控制接口，操作方便，采用新型电力半导体管件IGBT构成电路，开关频率高，可以实现低噪音运行，控制模式可以进行多种选择，适应多种负荷要求。采用全数字控制，多种保护功能，可以保证系统安全可靠运行。目前通用变频器的市场虽多为海外厂商所占领，但从维护灵活性和价格看，国内产品仍有优势。特别是针对特定用户的产品和现有设备技术改造，该产品具有明显的优势。

9、Project name: The project to produce general frequency conversion machine with the annual output value 10 thousand sets in Bazhou Development Area
Project contents: It adopts the science study achievement of Qinghua college. It is high level in internal and it can be used in air-blower, water pump, industry automatic equipment and the other environment that need speed governor.
Investment evaluation and capital source: The total investment is USD 1.8 million yuan in which the fixed capital is USD 1.5 million yuan, the flowing capital is USD 0.3 million yuan. It plans to use USD 1.5 million yuan. The Chinese unit will invest with the glebe and the relevant establishment which costs USD 0.3 million yuan, the ratio is 17% of the total investment. We hope the foreign unit will invest with the cash or draft.
Market analysis: This system adopts the novel control technology-PWM, it has lower resonance wave content, higher starter wrench, nimble control interface. It is convenient to operate. This circuit of the system is new type semiconductor tube-IGBT, the switch frequency is high, the noise is low. It can choose the control pattern and fit lots of burthen. This product adopts digital control, it has lots of protective action, so it can ensure the safe of the system. Now the market of the frequency conversion machine is controlled by the factories out of the China, but the internal product have some advantage in nimble and the price of maintenance, as well as the alteration of the existing equipment and technology.
Economic profit analysis: When the project is finished, the annual output value is RMB 50 million yuan, the profit tax is RMB 20 million yuan, the investment recover period is 1 year(include the time to build)
