投资估算与资金来源：本项目总投资240万美元。其中固定资产180万美元，流动资金60万美元，拟利用外资200万美元，中方以土地使用权、配套设施出资40万美元，占出资比例的17%，希望外方以现汇方式出资。
市场分析：当今世界已经出现水资源短缺现象，根据国际权威部门预测，进入2000年后，世界将出现水资源短缺，许多国家水资源严重短缺。我国人口占世界22%，而淡水仅为世界总量的8%，水资源占有量列世界第110位，是世界13个贫水国之一，，70%的农田因缺水而处于中、低产状态。大力提倡节水灌溉，发展和提高我国节水灌溉水平具有重大意义。实施滴灌措施具有可节水70%以上，可广泛用于蔬菜大棚、苗圃、果园以及大田作物等的灌溉。因而大力提倡节水灌溉，合理、高效利用有限的水资源，提高目前我国生产此类滴灌管的装备和技术均从国外引进，投资大，成本高，且数量远远满足不了我国节水灌溉农业的需要，因此，开发国内滴灌装备势在必行。

Content of the project: This project uses the achievements in scientific research of Beijing Chemical university Mechanical Engineering College. The product has mange advantages, such as long flowing way, even water, not easy block ,economy on water, economy on energy, and convenient laying, and good duability.
Investment evaluation and capital source: The total investment is USD 2.4 million yuan in which the fixed capital is USD 1.8 million yuan, the flowing capital is USD 0.6 million yuan. It plans to use USD 2 million yuan. The Chinese unit will invest with the glebe and the relevant establishment which costs USD 0.4 million yuan, the ratio is 17% of the total investment. We hope the foreign unit will invest with the cash or draft.

To advocate economic water in irrigating and develop and improve the level of irrigating of economic water. have important signifance. The drip irrigating can economic water of more than 70%,and can be used in vegatable booth, nursery of young plants, orchard and plants in fields. So we advocate the irrigating of economic water, and use the limited water resources rationally and efficiently. At present the equipments to produce this sort of drip irrigating tube in our country and technology are introduced from foreign countries, and has large investment and high cost, and the quantity can not meet the demand of the irrigating agricalture of economic water. So to develop the inside drip irrigating equipment is imperative.
