项目内容：长碳链混合二元酸是指碳链中分别含有10-15个碳原子的直链脂肪族二元酸的混合物，是生产尼龙工程塑料、高级热溶胶和高级香料等的重要原料。本技术以炼油厂的副产品轻腊为起始原料，用生物工程法（发酵法）生产长碳链混合二元酸或单一的长碳链二元酸，是我国在世界上首创的技术。
投资估算与资金来源：该项目总投资680万美元，其中固定资产600万美元，流动资金80万美元，拟利用外资600万美元，中方以土地使用权、配套设施出资80万美元，占出资比例的12%，希望外方以现汇方式出资。
市场分析：本产品的国内、外市场都相当大，以本产品为原料可以生产出我国现在依赖进口的多种高档化工用品，且其成本大大低于进口价。
建设条件：霸州经济技术开发区地处京、津、保金三角的中心，北距北京90公里，东临天津76公里，西去保定65公里；京九铁路、津霸铁路、国道112线、106线、津保高速公路均沿区而过，交通十分便利；区内基础设施建设已达到“六通一平”，政策优惠，生产成本低廉，管理服务完善高效。

Project contents: The long carbon chain binary acid means the carbon chains so on. This technical is used the light wax to ferment to produce long carbon chain all have 14-15 carbon atoms of fat binary acid mixed. It is the important material to produce nylon engineer plastics, super hot dissolvable, supper condiment and mixed binary acid or signal long carbon chain binary acid, it is the first in the world.
Investment evaluation and capital source: The total investment is USD 6.8 million yuan in which the fixed capital is USD 6 million yuan,the flowing capital is USD 0.8 million yuan. It plans to use USD 6 million yuan. The Chinese unit will invest with the glebe and the relevant establishment which costs USD 0.8 million yuan, the ratio is 12% of the total investment. We hope the foreign unit will invest with the cash or draft.
Market analysis: This product has wide market in the world. It can be produced kinds of super chemistry product which we depend on import .The value is much lower than the import price.
Investment condition: Bazhou Economic Technic Development Area lies in the central part of the golden triangle region of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding .It is 90 km south to Beijing, 76 km west to Tianjin, 65 km east to Baoding. Beijing –Konloon railway, Tianjin-Bazhou railway, the national highway No112, No106 all run along the area, the traffic is convenient.
